We are in my favorite season: Fall, with it's long, golden light stretching across wide expanses and bathing all it blesses with a nostalgic glow. Here are some scenes from today, October 27, 2020.
The Columbia is so low that the banks gleam golden and the still water mirrors the evening hues.
The day was smoky, creating a grainy film over the mountains and even the moon, a simulated rainbow.
As the last sunlight faded, the moon shone at her best.
Our world has many woes but whoa! can it be beautiful and peaceful.
